I’m a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist, and a new mother
My own complex birth experience could have been traumatic, but the invaluable support I received turned it into a treasured memory.
From my personal experience and professional practice, I've learned that robust postpartum care is essential for a mother's future health. It not only improves the immediate journey into motherhood but also helps prevent physical and mental health challenges later on.
Inspired by these insights, I developed the Nurtured Beginnings Care Kit. My goal is to provide other mothers with the support I was fortunate to have, ensuring their journey into motherhood is as comfortable, confident, and empowering as possible.
